Who can apply?
Persons assigned by a foreign newspaper, broadcast, magazine, or other news organization to cover or report from Korea.
A person who is stationed in Korea under a contract with a foreign news organization and conducts coverage or reporting activities.
A foreign newspaper, broadcasting, magazine, or other news organization that has already established a branch or bureau in Korea, and is dispatched to cover and report in Korea.
Required Documents
Application form (Exhibit 34), original passport, one standardized photograph, and fee.
Dispatch order or certificate of employment
License to establish a domestic branch or proof of performance in introducing operating funds to the domestic branch.
