Applications submitted through other channels may not be eligible for recommendation. -------------------------------------------- A Korea-based global manufacturing company is hiring Production Technology Technicians / Engineers for its new manufacturing operation in Thailand. Selected candidates will join the company’s production technology team and support production process operation, equipment operation, process stabilization, troubleshooting, and manufacturing improvement activities. This role is designed for candidates who want to build long-term expertise in advanced manufacturing and grow as key members of the company’s Thailand production technology team. After hiring, selected candidates must be able and willing to travel to South Korea and participate in approximately one year of on-the-job technical training. Upon completion of the training, they will return to Thailand and work at the company’s new manufacturing site. Ideal Candidates * Has hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment * Understands production lines, machines, quality checks, and factory discipline * Is willing to learn advanced production technology through training in South Korea * Can adapt to a new factory set-up and ramp-up environment * Has a strong sense of safety, quality, teamwork, and responsibility * Wants to grow as a core production technology member of a new Thailand manufacturing operation Key Responsibilities * Operate, monitor, and support manufacturing processes according to SOPs and production standards * Support equipment set-up, machine adjustment, test runs, trial production, and mass production ramp-up * Monitor production output, process conditions, quality issues, defects, downtime, and yield performance * Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for process, equipment, and quality issues * Assist in improving productivity, yield, line efficiency, and process stability * Follow and support SOPs, work instructions, check sheets, production records, and process standards * Support safety, 5S, EHS, quality control, and continuous improvement activities * Apply the technical knowledge learned in South Korea to the Thailand manufacturing site after training Common Terms 1. Work Location * September 2026 – August 2027: South Korea training site * From August 2027 onwards: Ban Rakat, Bang Bo, Samut Prakan, Thailand Important Requirement South Korea Technical Training Selected candidates must be able and willing to travel to South Korea after hiring and participate in approximately one year of on-the-job technical training. After completing the training, selected candidates will return to Thailand and work at the company’s new manufacturing site. The training is intended to help candidates gain practical knowledge of production technology, equipment operation, process standards, quality control, safety practices, and manufacturing improvement methods before joining the Thailand operation. Required qualifications
Requirements * Diploma, high vocational certificate, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in a technical field * Preferred academic or technical backgrounds include Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, Materials, Polymer, Manufacturing Technology, or other related fields * Experience in manufacturing, production, process operation, equipment operation, maintenance, or production technology is preferred * Able and willing to stay in South Korea for approximately one year of technical training after hiring * Able to return to Thailand after training and work at the company’s manufacturing site * Able to work in a factory environment and follow safety, quality, and production standards * Able to work on shifts or support production schedules when required Preferred Qualifications * Experience in CCL, PCB, PCBA, copper foil, prepreg, laminate, or electronic materials manufacturing * Experience with chemical processes, film, sheet, coating, resin, adhesive, polymer, or composite materials * Experience with coating, lamination, pressing, drying, cutting, slitting, surface treatment, or roll-to-roll processes * Experience in automotive parts, electrical and electronics, precision manufacturing, or industrial components * Experience working with Korean, Japanese, Chinese, or other global manufacturing companies in Thailand * Basic English communication skills are preferred * Experience with new factory set-up, new production line installation, equipment commissioning, trial production, or mass production ramp-up
