Main responsibilities

• Global Accelerating Program Operations Support: Supporting the sourcing of promising startups and the operation of incubation programs • Open Innovation Support: Assisting business matching and collaboration projects between large corporations and startups (consumer goods / deep tech) • Community & Event Planning: Operating meetups, IR days, and global networking events based at DSH Korea centers (Garosugil, Songdo, Pangyo) • Content & Report Writing: Managing program performance metrics and writing Korean/English press releases and project reports • Draper Member Company Incubation Program Support: Assisting with the operation of in-house accelerating programs for Draper Startup House resident member companies

Required qualifications

• Problem-Solving Ability: Able to proactively take ownership of tasks and adapt flexibly to the fast-changing startup ecosystem • Communication: Able to communicate smoothly and professionally with diverse stakeholders (founders, investors, partners) • Self-Direction & Process Design: A self-starter who can go beyond assigned tasks to help build more efficient processes and standards as the organization grows • Language Proficiency: Business-level proficiency in both English and Korean Preferred Qualifications Experience planning or operating global startup events Overseas experience (study abroad, internship, etc.) and comfort working in multicultural, cross-border collaboration Strong document creation (PPT, Word, Notion, etc.) and data management skills Internship experience at an accelerator (AC), venture capital firm (VC), or similar organization
